I am trying to rescue two sister Chows from a shelter in Mobile AL. Hope to get them from there to anywhere in New England or close to New England.
This is my first attempt at an out of state rescue.

Hello -
I am working with wonderful women in Decatur, TX to rescue a 5 yr old Llhasa Apso mix. We have gotten her out of the shelter and she is now with a foster. She needs to be transported to me in Limerick, PA (or there about's).

Good afternoon. We have found the love of our life and unfortunately she is sitting in a shelter housed within the Lamar, MO Police Department. Her name is #11-271 (she has not EVER been given a name) and she spent this past summer "living" on scraps in the country after her owners heartlessly dumped her to fend for herself. She has been in the Lamar Shelter for over a month now.

Hi,
My name is Tonya and I am with a rescue group named Puppy Pleasers Rescue that is based in Orlando, FL. I have an extreme situation in which I was wondering if you guys would possibly be able to help.

TRANSPORT FOR RESCUED DOGS Often a rescue is impossible because those willing to adopt are unable to get to the dog in question. We are a place to post your need. An example is "Have wonderful country home in Fort Worth Texas for Great Dane now in pound in Santa Anna California but no way to get him there-anyone going that way by car?" Or it could be that a small breed has air fare but the weather is very bad and we need someone to take on board a little guy. We will post to other lists that might help if you give the ok.
We have just recently started the .org website here. So, if you need immediate transport/rescue please also go and join and post at our Yahoo Groups site with over 4500 people that can help!
